Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks, an American actress who is best known for playing Joan Holloway on the period drama Mad Men by AMC (2007-2015) she is an incredibly well-known American. Her work in the series earned her critical acclaim and an impressive six Emmy award nominations for the top support actress class. Her professional career, which spans more than two decades has included appearances in the crime comedy series Tin Star as well as Kevin Hill's legal drama. Her performances are noted in movies like Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River, The Neon Demon, The Strangers : Prey at Night Egg, and American Woman. The voice of her character has been featured in animated films such as Toy Story 4, Scoob!, and From Up on Poppy Hill. Prior to that, she started her career as a model, and carried on for quite a while before making her acting debut on television with the anthology series Undressed which premiered in the year 1999. The first time she acted was in the character on the show in Beggars and Choosers. Her part in Firefly which is a classic film that was also loved by both audiences and critics alike, was followed. Esquire magazine awarded her the title of sexiest and best-looking American woman for 2010, in their annual poll.
